For those who have never had an addiction to drugs, this is how strong of a hold it can have over your life. I met my wife during my addiction, for 15 years, while I was with her, I was on painkillers, cocaine, and occasionally Angel Dust. I got clean 2 years ago. For the last 24 months, between my conversations with her, or listening to her opinions, she has not made sense once, which proves how out of my mind I was because I agreed with her for 15 years.
